What I collect
Information shared by you.
- — When you write to me (form, email, WhatsApp): first name, contact details, and the message you choose to share.
- — When you make a booking: information strictly necessary to organise the encounter (date, place, duration, preferences).
- — When you pay a deposit: the data your bank transmits to mine for the transaction.
- — I do not collect financial information, identity documents, or any data beyond what is needed.
Why
Purposes and legal basis.
- — Respond to your message and organise the encounter — performance of a contract.
- — Comply with French tax obligations — legal requirement.
- — No marketing, no profiling, no data sold or shared with third parties.
Service providers
Where your data lives.
- — Proton Mail (Switzerland) — end-to-end encrypted email.
- — WhatsApp / Meta (Ireland) — encrypted messaging, if you choose this channel.
- — My French bank — for the deposit transfer only.
- — Hosting provider — for the website (no personal data stored on the site itself; the booking form sends directly to my Proton inbox).
Retention
How long I keep things.
- — Messages and booking details: kept while we are in active conversation, plus up to 12 months for accounting and to ensure continuity for returning clients.
- — Tax records (invoices, transfers): 6 years, as required by French law.
- — You may request earlier deletion at any time — see your rights below.
Your rights
What you can ask me.
- — Access — a copy of the data I hold about you.
- — Rectification — correct anything inaccurate.
- — Erasure — delete your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- — Object — to any processing you do not agree with.
- — Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting past lawful processing.
- — Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr.
