Conditions.
These conditions apply to every encounter. They protect your time as much as mine, and they make the relationship between us clear from the start. They complement — and never replace — what we agree upon directly.

Definitions
Definitions & clarification.
- Jules Sauvage: an independent high-class escort registered with the French government. Personal details are anonymous for privacy reasons.
- Client: a person aged 18 years or older who wishes to conclude, or has concluded, a booking agreement with Jules Sauvage.
- The booking: an agreement between Jules Sauvage and the client for a service provided in exchange for the agreed investment.
- The investment: compensation for the companionship of Jules Sauvage only. What happens during the booking is a matter of personal choice between two consenting adults.
- In-call: the appointment takes place at Jules Sauvage’s location.
- Out-call: the appointment takes place at a location determined by the client (home or hotel).
Booking requirements
What I expect from every client.
- Minimum service of one hour.
- The client must be at least 18 years old.
- Unless agreed otherwise, the encounter remains strictly between Jules and the client.
- You treat me with respect and discretion — and expect the same in return.
- Good personal hygiene from both parties.
- Both parties arrive clear-headed and present.
- Safe sex is non-negotiable. A condom is always used.
Meeting location
I come to you, I do not host.
- All encounters take place out-call: at your home, your hotel, or the agreed venue of an event. I never host.
- Accommodation (hotel, rental, suite) is booked and paid under the client’s name. I do not make any accommodation booking under my own name, in France or abroad.
- Hotels must be 4-star minimum, located in central and secure areas. I reserve the right to decline a venue I consider unsuitable at no penalty.
- The precise address is shared only after deposit confirmation, via WhatsApp only.
Rates and payment
Investment and settlement.
- A 10% deposit secures the date. The payment method for the balance is confirmed in writing before the booking.
- Standard booking: payment is due before the booking begins, or by prior agreement within the first 10 minutes of the appointment.
- Bank transfer: funds must be received and confirmed at least 24 hours before the booking. For international transfers, the client is responsible for initiating the payment early enough to meet this deadline.
- Cash: the exact amount is provided at the start of the appointment and verified before it begins.
- Booking with travel: all travel costs, accommodation, visa costs and any other related expenses must be paid in full and in advance, before travel begins.
- Long arrangement / travel (24h or more): 50% of the booking rate plus 100% of all extra expenses are paid before travel begins. The remaining 50% is due at the start of the appointment.
- All prices are in euros, VAT included, travel costs excluded.
- 500 euro notes are not accepted.
Lateness
Lateness and last-minute changes.
- Any lateness over 30 minutes is deducted from the agreed duration, even when notified in advance.
- Lateness over 30 minutes without prior notice: I will leave, the deposit is kept, and the full rate may be charged.
- A change of location or time requested less than 2 hours before the meeting, that does not suit me, allows me to cancel and charge the full rate.
Cancellation
Cancellation policy.
- Local booking (Paris and Île-de-France) — cancellation up to 24 hours before the encounter: deposit refunded in full.
- Local booking — after that: deposit kept to compensate the time reserved.
- International or travel booking — cancellation no later than 72 hours before the date: the amount already paid is refunded, minus a €250 administrative fee.
- International or travel booking — cancellation less than 72 hours before the date: the 50% advance is non-refundable.
- Any change or cancellation costs on travel arrangements (flight, train, hotel) caused by the client remain at the client’s expense.
- A cancellation is only valid once confirmed by me, by email or by phone. A message left unanswered does not constitute a confirmation.
- If Jules Sauvage cancels the booking, no investment will be charged.
No refund
Cases without refund.
- No refund is granted if the meeting was not carried through to the agreed end.
- No refund is granted for services that were available but not used.
- Non-recoverable costs: any expenses already incurred on behalf of the booking (flights, hotels, tickets, visa) are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation timing.
Long bookings
Rest, meals, personal time and intimacy on long bookings.
- For bookings of 9 to 24 hours that span common sleep hours, the client must allow Jules a minimum of 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
- The client must provide meals at least every 6 hours, with a minimum of 3 meals per 24-hour period, at the client’s expense.
- For bookings of a full weekend (48 hours) or longer, Jules retains 3 hours of personal time per day — used for training, reading, private calls, or rest. Timing and format are agreed before the booking and may be taken in one block or split, by mutual arrangement.
- For arrangements of 24 hours or more, one intimate moment per day is included, usually morning or evening depending on the rhythm of the stay. Any additional moment is discussed freely, by mutual agreement.
Travel
Travel and international bookings.
- Paris and Île-de-France: no travel surcharge.
- Outside Paris: travel costs are at the client’s expense.
- For international bookings, the client covers all travel, visa, and additional expenses.
Liability
Liability.
- Jules Sauvage cannot be held liable for any damage, physical or emotional, suffered during the booking.
- The client is liable for any damage caused to Jules Sauvage or his property.
Photography & recording
No photos, no videos, no recordings.
- Taking photos, videos or audio recordings is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation results in the immediate termination of the booking without refund.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is mutual.
- Both parties agree to keep the nature of the booking, and all personal details, strictly confidential.
- An NDA is available on request, signed before any sensitive detail is shared.
Communication
Communication channels.
- All communication takes place through the designated secure channels: WhatsApp Business and encrypted Proton email.
- No third-party platform or unencrypted channel is used to discuss bookings.
Third parties
No third parties.
- No third parties are allowed during the booking unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Governing law
Governing law and dispute resolution.
- This agreement is governed by French law.
- Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts in Paris.
